IMPORTANT NOTICE

THIS ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT ("STATEMENT") IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. IT DESCRIBES NODEFOX LLC'S CURRENT APPROACH TO ACCESSIBILITY AND DOES NOT CREATE CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS, WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR LEGAL RIGHTS BEYOND THOSE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN THE EVENT OF CONFLICT BETWEEN THIS STATEMENT AND THE TERMS OF SERVICE (HTTPS://WWW.NODEFOX.AI/LEGAL/TERMS), THE TERMS OF SERVICE CONTROL.

THE SERVICES ARE IN BETA. ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES ARE UNDER ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT AND MAY BE LIMITED, INCOMPLETE, REGRESSED, OR CHANGED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. BETA MAY CONTINUE INDEFINITELY.

OUR APPROACH

NodeFox LLC ("NodeFox," "we," "us," or "our") considers accessibility in product development. We are working toward improving the accessibility of our website, desktop application, and services (collectively, the "Services") over time as resources permit. This Statement describes efforts and intentions — not commitments, conformance claims, or guarantees. Efforts may vary by platform, plan, feature, configuration, and environment.

ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS

NodeFox uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.x (currently referencing WCAG 2.1 Level AA), published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative, as a reference framework. Our use of WCAG as a reference does not constitute a commitment to conformance or a representation that the Services meet any accessibility standard. NodeFox does not claim WCAG compliance at any level.

CURRENT STATUS

The Services are in beta. The following are examples of accessibility efforts currently underway. These describe intentions, not available features or conformance claims. Partial support only; availability may vary by feature flags, OS/browser versions, and beta changes.

Website (nodefox.ai): Working toward semantic HTML; text alternatives for non-text content; sufficient color contrast; keyboard navigation; responsive layouts; clear navigation.

Desktop Application: Working toward screen reader compatibility; keyboard accessibility for core functions; visible focus indicators; system accessibility setting support where feasible.

Documentation: Working toward clear heading hierarchy; plain language; alternative formats subject to feasibility.

Automated Scanner Disclaimer. The Services are a dynamic Single Page Application utilizing WebAssembly (WASM). Automated accessibility scanning tools (WAVE, Lighthouse, etc.) may report false positives or fail to accurately parse the accessibility tree. NodeFox relies on manual testing and user feedback, not solely automated reporting, to evaluate accessibility status.

HEALTH AND SAFETY WARNING — FLASHING AND ANIMATED CONTENT

⚠ PHOTOSENSITIVE EPILEPSY AND SEIZURE WARNING. CERTAIN FEATURES OF THE SERVICES MAY INCLUDE FLASHING LIGHTS, ANIMATED EFFECTS, VISUAL INDICATORS (INCLUDING NODE EXECUTION INDICATORS), OR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISUAL PATTERNS. SUCH VISUAL CONTENT MAY TRIGGER SEIZURES, MIGRAINES, OR OTHER ADVERSE REACTIONS IN INDIVIDUALS WITH PHOTOSENSITIVE EPILEPSY OR SIMILAR NEUROLOGICAL CONDITIONS.

If you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, photosensitivity, or neurological conditions, consult a medical professional before using the Services. Discontinue use immediately if you experience discomfort, dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements, disorientation, or any other adverse symptoms.

Assumption of Risk. By using the Services, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with exposure to animated, flashing, or rapidly changing visual content, including node execution indicators and workflow activity animations.

Reduced Flashing/Lighting. NodeFox may offer reduced flashing/lighting or reduced-motion display modes. If such modes are available, it is your responsibility to enable them in settings. NodeFox does not guarantee the availability, completeness, or effectiveness of these modes. You are responsible for configuring the Services, your operating system, browser, and assistive technology settings to meet your needs.

No Medical Advice. Nothing in the Services or this Statement constitutes medical advice. NodeFox is not a healthcare provider.

Limitation. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODEFOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, SEIZURE, ADVERSE HEALTH REACTION, OR RELATED DAMAGES ARISING FROM EXPOSURE TO VISUAL CONTENT IN THE SERVICES, INCLUDING FLASHING, ANIMATION, OR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISUAL PATTERNS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

Portions of the Services may not conform to WCAG 2.x or other accessibility standards. Known areas under development include:

  • Visual canvas. The core Workflow builder relies on a spatial, two-dimensional drag-and-drop visual canvas with node graphs and bezier curves. Translating this interface into a fully serialized, screen-reader-navigable format may constitute an undue burden and fundamental alteration of the Services under applicable law. NodeFox may explore alternative interaction modes (such as keyboard command palettes) but does not guarantee full keyboard/screen-reader parity for the visual canvas.
  • Complex interactive components in the Workflow builder.
  • Third-party integrations and embedded content whose accessibility NodeFox does not control.
  • Marketplace Content. Custom nodes, templates, or plugins from third-party Contributors are provided "as is." NodeFox does not audit, enforce, or guarantee WCAG compliance for Marketplace components. Such components may not be compatible with assistive technologies.
  • User-generated content and outputs. Accessibility of content, forms, emails, webhook responses, or interfaces generated by users through the Services is the user's sole responsibility.
  • AI-generated multimedia. If the Services or AI integrations generate audio, video, or synthetic speech, NodeFox has no obligation to provide closed captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions for those outputs.
  • Dynamic content requiring improved screen reader announcements.
  • Visual elements requiring enhanced alternative text.

This list is not exhaustive. Additional limitations may exist. Rapid beta updates may inadvertently introduce temporary accessibility regressions, broken focus states, or disrupted ARIA labels. NodeFox disclaims liability for transient accessibility failures resulting from active development.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, services, and content. NodeFox is not responsible for the accessibility of third-party content, services, conformance claims, or remediation timelines. NodeFox does not control third-party accessibility statements.

User-Generated Outputs. NodeFox provides backend orchestration infrastructure. If you use the Services to generate, host, or route public-facing web pages, forms, emails, or interfaces, you are the sole publisher. NodeFox disclaims any obligation to ensure your generated outputs comply with WCAG, the ADA, or any accessibility law.

ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY

NodeFox aims to support common assistive technologies (screen readers, magnification, speech recognition, keyboard navigation, browser extensions). Support is not guaranteed and may vary by feature, configuration, browser, OS, and environment.

User-Agent Overrides. The Platform's visual canvas relies on precise spatial rendering. NodeFox is not responsible for UI degradation, invisible elements, or loss of functionality caused by OS-level high-contrast modes, forced custom CSS, dark-mode extensions, or other user-agent interventions that alter the application's rendering.

Browser/OS Updates. Compatibility may be affected by browser updates, OS updates, enterprise endpoint controls (MDM/EDR), and extensions outside NodeFox's control.

Disclaimer. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODEFOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCESSIBILITY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES CONFORM TO ANY STANDARD OR MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANY LAW. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH RESPECT TO ACCESSIBILITY.

Right to Modify. NodeFox may modify visual effects, animations, display modes, or accessibility features at any time to improve accessibility or for any other reason.
